IC Outlet Temp Difference If Intake Temp = Ambient Temp:°f
*It looks like Intercooler Effeciency plays the biggest part in the IC Outlet Temp differences.

Formula for Compressor outlet temperature:
Tout = Tin + Tin x (-1+(Pout/Pin)0.263)
                               efficiency

Formula for Intercooler effeciency:
Eff = (InT - OutT)
      (InT - AmbientT)

Therefore the formula for intercooler outlet temperature is:
OutT = Eff(AmbientT - InT) + InT
